Neutral Airfreight Consultants Belgium

All business undertaken is subject to the Belgian Forwarding Conditions, General Conditions of the Bito-ibot, in its latest version. Please find a copy of these conditions here. In addition to the applicable Belgian Forwarding Conditions in its latest version, the principal shall continuously indemnify Neutral Airfreight Consultants Belgium B.V. against all claims from third parties connected with any order given Neutral Airfreight Consultants Belgium B.V. including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable, and the principal shall provide sufficient security against any of such claims.

In addition to the applicable German Forwarding Conditions in its latest version, the principal shall continuously indemnify Neutral Airfreight Consultants GmbH against all claims from third parties connected with any order given Neutral Airfreight Consultants GmbH including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable, and the principal shall provide sufficient security against any of such claims.
